7. Fees and Payment

11.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any data you have stored may no longer be accessible.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain otherwise in full force and effect.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZilZilSEO and supersede any prior agreements, oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
